Top floor apartment in Mitte / Prenzl'Berg w/ 2 roof terraces and stunning views

Pardon my French, but this guest was simply stupid. She didn't read the welcome message at all, and instead of picking up the key from the key locker for which we gave her very clear instructions (and which has never caused any issues so far), she decided to ring a random bell in the house. We have multiple apartments in the building that we rent out on Homeaway, and she happened to ring the bell of an apartment which was not the one she had booked. The guests in that apartment told her that this apartment was booked. I called her back immediately to explain that she rang the wrong apartment's door bell - and that as mentioned in my initial message, she was not supposed to ring anywhere, but pick up the key from the key locker. At that point she didnt even bother replying anymore. I really don't see anything that we could have done differently or better here.

Ibrahim checked out 3 hours late and without making any arrangements, and left broken household items and a huge mess in the apartment. But the really cheekie thing is that he booked for 5 but came with 7 people, and denied that, although my caretaker saw 7 people walk out of the apartment, and 7 blankets and pillows were used. Indeed an absolutely horrifying experience.

this guest contacted us by email, but then didn't reply to our (same day) answer anymore, and then said 2 days later that she had been "travelling". There was a temporary problem with the heating, a valve in the system was broken and the entire house heating system was down for a day, an extraordinary and unfortunate circumstance which we tried to fix ASAP. The guest confirmed it was fixed on the 2nd day of her stay. The bed in the living room is not a "mattress on the floor", there is a comfortable designer pull/out couchbed with slatted frame. Communicating with this guest was simply impossible and I would not host her again.
