*Renovations are underway in the same building and the adjacent building, which may cause noise during the guest's stay.

Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite tv, air conditioning, free wireless internet, free cot on request, elevator, no smoking rooms/facilities, safe deposit, heating, paid parking with garage, pets accepted under request, no parties, enhanced cleaning practices, cleaning by professional cleaning companies, disinfectants used for cleaning, cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus used, social distancing following guidelines from local authorities, contactless check-in and checkout is available., staff follow all safety protocols from local authorities, linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authorities guidelines, linen and towels washed in at least 60°c/140°f, plates, cutlery, glasses and other tableware sanitised, high touch surfaces disinfected, guest accommodation sealed after cleaning, staff wear personal protective equipment, temperature checks on staff, spain ministry of indurstry, trade & tourism sanitization protocol followed, spain confederación española de hoteles y alojamientos turísticos sanitization protocol followed

Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out

We had a wonderful stay at this Barcelona apartment. It was spotless, very spacious, and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent—central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. Communication with the host was easy and responsive from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location and spacious for family of 5

We had a great time at the property and the location was conveniently located near the metro/historical sites/lots of restaurants on the Rambla etc. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and could have slept a couple more on the couches in the living room.

Touring Spain

We had absolute blast in Barcelona, the YouStylish team was very accommodating a responsive and helpful even we arrived hours before check-in their office conveniently had lockers for our belongings so we could tour the city until the apartment was ready. Location, location, location, the apartment was in an amazing location right in the heart of Barcelona and some of it iconic places to visit, plenty of restaurants and shopping. The apartment very nice, big space more that we could have asked for 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths was perfect for the five of us. Would stay there again.

Excellent Stay in Barcelona

We had an amazing time at the Paseo de Gràcia apartment! It was our first time in Barcelona and the location and apartment couldn’t have been better. Located right across the street from the metro and close to everything.Well-equipped and very safe.

Incredible Location, Amazing Apartment

This property is spectacular. Enough space for our family to gather together and breakaway for alone time. Nice kitchen. The check in was easy and our agent was friendly. Highly recommend.

Great apt in great location

Large apartment with plenty of room to hang out together or have privacy if you needed it. Metro station right out front was super convenient. Stores and restaurants everywhere and sharing a wall with the Gaudi Casa Batllo was entertaining (great balcony for people watching). We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Great location for touring around Barcelona. Accommodation was clean and up to date. Would have been nice to have coffee pods for the coffee maker and the electronic door access was a bit annoying at points. Overall it was a good spot.

Wonderful!

We had a perfect stay at this beautiful apartment right in the middle of all the action. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. The location is accessible to everything and very central. We would definitely return in the future and highly recommend.

Gem of a place

Excellent property, kitchen well supplied, very nicely decorated. Even though is next to Casa Batllo it’s very quiet in the apartment , location is excellent, plenty of restaurants in the area. The building has an elevator and also has sort of an attendant in the lobby during the day . Would definitely come back.

Excellent apartmwt

Perfect space for our family with adult children. The apartment was larger than we expected (and very large by European standards!) every room had a private bath). The location, despite being so central, was surprisingly Quiet. You can literally TOUCH Casa Battlo. Metro stop is directly in front of the door. Absolutely perfect spot!

Great location

The apartment is centrally located, next to casa Batllo. You can walk everywhere. The hosts are helpful. There was a snag upon arrival, as the cleaning team had been scheduled for the same time as our checkin. We had to let them work for 2 hours. We were offered free airport transport, but this was still lost time.

Barcelona part of Spain Trip

Host mishandled our pickup as driver passed task along to another without details of group size. Trouble finding each other plus ended up taking two separate cabs at greater cost. Gaudi location next door was having loud concert type events each night which negatively impacted our quiet enjoyment. lastly construction taking place next door....one morning around 8:00am we woke up to jack hammering. Overall for us this was a poorer experience than we bargained for.

Stay at a Prime Location in Barcelona

Below are some recommendations we believe would improve the overall quality of your service: - The key to the apartment is occasionally dysfunctional. - The AC units in the bedrooms are not operational. - The lockbox failed to function properly. - We encountered an issue with early checkout, resulting in disabled entry to the apartment. This caused significant inconvenience and prolonged waiting time outside. - We observed what appear to be motion detectors and cameras in the bedroom. Further clarification on this matter would be appreciated. It is crucial that these issues are promptly addressed to alleviate guest anxiety and ensure a smoother experience. Additionally, we kindly request the following: - Clear and comprehensive instructions in English for all appliances, including the washer, dryer, and microwave. The current instructions and knob settings are in another language, causing confusion. - The third bedroom lacks a plug point and a hairdryer, which are essential amenities for guest comfort. Addressing these concerns will greatly enhance the overall guest satisfaction and experience. We look forward to seeing these improvements implemented.
