Please note that our standard check in time is at 15:00 pm -if the apartment is ready before that time we are always glad to perform an earlier check in but it is not always possible since the apartment needs to be thoroughly cleaned-. Regarding the issue with the elevator we were not aware of this situation until we got to the apartment. It seems it ceased to work around the time you arrived since our cleaning team did not report it to us when they got to the apartment at midday.
