All of us thought this property was the worst we stayed at! Not enough towels or kitchen supplies no sheets for the pull out couch. They advertised air conditioning but only gave use a small fan also advertised a second bathroom that was locked the property was not clean and the dishes where dirty. they had an infestation of ants. Look for a different place.

I'm sorry I have to make these kinds of comments but it's the reality. After three years of dreaming about this trip, I found myself in a house that was poorly equipped for heat (a single small table fan), plagued by mosquitoes and without parking. The noise from the trains was a minor problem.

Host Giovanni is not onsite. Instructions to enter are clear and easy. Unfortunately, replies could be improved with regard to speed. There were times when it’s almost 24 hours before you get reply. Calling this a “Cottage” is true to the fact. It’s really really small. It should be stated here: the apartment is RIGHT BESIDE THE TRAIN TRACKS! This is a major factor. The trains are nonstop: passenger trains are from 5am to 12 midnight. Freight trains are 24 hrs. The listing accepts a booking of 5 pax. It really shouldn’t be allowed beyond 3. The extra bed for an extra 2 people is a sofa bed that is located beside the sink! Unfortunately, that sofa bed is really really worn down. The 2 people will end up sleeping on a sofa bed mattress that is sooo thin that you are literally sleeping in the metal railings of the sofa bed. The other 2 beds (a single bed and a twin bed) are okay. So be warned. Don’t book for five like I did. We found some trash left over from a previous guest. We reported right away, but the reply takes long (see above). The host did eventually fix the issue. no air conditioner. Only one fan for the bedroom, but you can’t open the windows due to the mosquitoes. For the sofa bed in the kitchen (see above), there is no fan. It is a big problem during the hot summer months. And you can’t open the kitchen windows due to the train noise! (See above) Water heater is not consistent The location is okay. The train station is about 16 mins away.

Logement situé à près de gare centrale.ideal

Logement situé à environ 10 min à pied de la gare centrale de la Spezia. Idéal pour prendre le train régional en direction des 5 terre. Porto vénéré se situe a 25 min en voiture, beaucoup de places de stationnements disponibles en ce mois d Avril. Pise et sa fameuse tour se trouve a 77 km, un petit détour qui vaut vraiment le coup. Se stationner dans le parking privé qui se situe a 150 mètres de cette dernière sécurisé et possibilité de garage fermé pour 2,50€ de l heure. Top. En ce qui concerne l hébergement, le seul petit souci et qu il n était pas précisé dans l annonce que les voies de chemins de fer passaient juste devant les fenêtres de l habitation, donc du bruit au passage des nombreux trains. Mais comme nous partions en balade du matin au soir, les nuisances ont été limitées. Par contre point positif et qu il est situé en impasse, aucun passage de véhicule. Stationnement possible juste devant l habitation. En ce qui concerne l équipement du logement, il manque un micro-onde. Sur l annonce, il était stipule deux salle de bains, nous n en avons trouvé qu une. Logement au bon rapport qualité prix.
