The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the loft-style second bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed. Although the home is a two-bedroom, it also includes a double-high queen air mattress that can be set up in the living room to comfortably accommodate two additional guests.
The inviting living room offers a cozy couch and entertainment center, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Step out onto the back porch, where you’ll find a BBQ grill and a full outdoor patio set—ideal for dining and enjoying the fresh Montana air.
Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Kalispell, this property offers easy access to the area’s top attractions, giving guests an authentic Montana experience.
The home is equipped with a brand-new furnace and air conditioning unit for year-round comfort.
For added peace of mind, an exterior security camera is mounted on the garage. This camera records both video and audio of the back driveway and garage area. It is outward-facing only and is reviewed solely if needed for maintenance, safety, or security concerns. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

We had a great stay!Awesome house, quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, close to downtown. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the back porch was a terrific place to chill after exploring for the day. Jared was right on with communication and helped us with all our questions. Would stay here again.

Exceptionally clean and well set up home minutes from downtown Kalispell. Area is very quiet and felt very safe. Parking in back was appreciated as the street parking tends to fill up in the evening. There was only 2 of us and our small dog staying, but there is room for another couple (or kids) as the house has a separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs off the living room. This was a great home base for us and we would stay here again if it is available.

What a great house in a great Kalispell location! Hosts were great at communicating and the check-in/check-out process was well explained and easy. Plenty of parking, great furnished covered deck, and all the amenities you could need. Would recommend and we would stay again if we need to!

Clean, comfortable home with well stocked kitchen. We had quick 1 night stay before going to Glacier NP so didn’t spend much time or use porch. Upstairs bedroom floor outlet didn’t work so my phone didn’t charge over night. Rug near the entry door curls up & could be a tripping hazard when we coming in at night. Overall great place for our stay.

Great stay. Jared was amazing. We had an issue with the AC on an unusually hot day and he quickly arrived and fixed the problem. The house was perfect in a really cute neighborhood. Very well equipped with many household products. Highly recommend.

After 10 years of searching and failing to find a nice comfortable place to stay In Kalispell, we finally succeeded! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jarod’s little cottage. It was very well appointed with pretty much anything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location for exploring the area. Jarod was very accommodating about our dogs as well. We will be back!
