Two-bedroom, one full bathroom with a Queen pull-out couch located to direct access to the best of the Flathead Valley.Walk to the park or playground or enjoy a bike ride on Kalispell's new city trail. Sleeping for 6 with all the amenities and enjoyments of your home. Fabulous design and decor with comfort and ease in mind. You will be able to enjoy Downtown shopping, local restaurants, and everyday conveniences.
The Space:
Two-bedroom, one full bath vacation rental located in the heart of Kalispell. This well-appointed residence comfortably sleeps up to six guests, featuring two private bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Designed with practical comfort in mind, the home offers a functional layout, quality furnishings, and the essential amenities expected for a reliable, stress-free stay. The property provides direct access to the best of the Flathead Valley. Walk to nearby parks and playgrounds or take advantage of Kalispell's expanding city trail system for biking and evening strolls. Downtown shopping, local restaurants, and everyday conveniences are minutes away. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, the living space is arranged for relaxation after a day outdoors, and the overall design reflects a clean, modern Montana aesthetic without sacrificing comfort. •INDOOR LIVING - Smart TV, split AC, in-unit washer/dryer.
•OUTDOOR LIVING - Private backyard w/ fire pit and outdoor furniture.
•GENERAL - Linens/towels, washer/dryer, split air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary toiletries, keyless entry.

-Linens: Sheets | Pillows | Blankets or Comforters | Body Towels | Hand Towels
-Hygiene: soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion | 2 Make up remover packets | Eye masks - 1 per bathroom
-Household: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom | 6 extra trash bags (typically under kitchen sink)
-Kitchen: Salt and Pepper | 2 rolls of paper towels | dishwasher tablets/liquid | liquid dish soap | 1 Sponge | miscellaneous cookware and utensils
-Laundry: laundry detergent pods/liquid
-Bathroom: Tub/shower - typically provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion.
Guest Access:
•Parking is only allowed in the driveway, no street parking. The maximum vehicle limit is two. Towing is strictly enforced.
•Enjoy the propane Fire pit.

1. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.
2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include a $69 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay. 2.1 PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.
3. If you are traveling during the Winter season, we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
