Montecolo Resort 74 Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Located in Manerba del Garda, within the family-friendly residential complex "Montecolo Resort" with breathtaking lake view, a 1-bedroom apartment with private garden and lake view for up to 4 people.



The apartment, which features exposed wooden beams, is provided with free Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout. It welcomes guests onto its bright living room equipped with sofa bed for 2, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee machine, microwave, juicer, electric kettle and toaster.



The living room leads to the outdoor private area of the apartment, equipped with table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and lunches with a stunning view of Lake Garda.

The master bedroom, equipped with double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the apartment.



The swimming pool enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and can be used from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. Swimming caps are required.

Adults can enjoy the 25x18m swimming pool and luxury Jacuzzi, whilst children can enjoy splashing around in the smaller second pool. The parkland is also home to a beautiful lake beach, a football pitch, playground, picnic area, a snack bar, indoor kid play area and a convenient on-site concierge service.



To reach the apartment there are about 20 external steps in the structure



Located just 150 meters from the harbor of Porto Dusano, the lakeside setting provides a truly picturesque backdrop for your Lake Garda stay.



The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



Verona Villafranca Airport can easily be reached in 45 minutes by car from the Montecolo Resort.
