Stunning contemporary villa located in a quiet location, overlooking the 6th fairway of the Quinta do Lago golf course and set on manicured lush gardens.
Living Area: The large front door opens to a hallway with a cloakroom, leading to a large open space with a dining area in front and the living room slightly to the right. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV with Lazer services.
Kitchen: The kitchen, located on the left is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge, a freezer with ice maker, induction plate with ceiling smoke extractor, wine cooler, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, 2 electric ovens, toaster, dishwasher, blender and juicer. The door from the kitchen and living room open to an outside living area overlooking the golf course.
Bedrooms: This villa has an impressive 6 bedrooms.On the ground floor you have 3 bedrooms. On the right-hand side of the living room there is 1 double bedroom with a terrace.Next to it there is a TV room with access to the swimming pool. On the right of the hallway there are 2 bedrooms: one double with terrace and a twin bedroom. This bedroom has view and direct access to the swimming pool area.
On the first floor you have another 2 bedrooms. Two double bedrooms, one of which has a terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
On the basement level there is a further contained apartment with one double bedroom that can be accessed through the lower level or via an independent entrance. This apartment has an equipped kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom and an en-suite walk-in shower.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. One of the groundfloor rooms has an en-suite with shower and the remaining two has walk in shower with bathtub.
On the first floor, one bedroom has an en-suite with shower and the second has walk in shower with bathtub.
The independent bedroom on the basement level has en-suite walk in shower.
Games: The villa has a state-of-the-art cinema room, a sauna and a steam bath.
Outside: The entrance gates open to a large driveway area on the left and a large garden on the right. There is a large kidney shaped swimming pool that can be heated, a spacious terrace with gas BBQ, sink, and lounge area, dining area and sun loungers. The outside is multi-level with the pool on the level with the villa and the garden is accessible down a staircase.
Other Information: Rates include maid service, bedroom linen, bathroom and pool towels. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet are also included in the price. Pool heating is available upon request, with payment of a supplement.

Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £5000 subject to no damage.
