It is very unfair that you rated me with 2 stars. Vacation homes are not hotels. You should not have traveled to a Spanish-speaking country without a cellphone, as you cannot request services that you did not pay for. I never offered to order an Uber for you every day, yet every time you asked me to order one, I used my own account, which is very risky for me. You have no idea how much work it takes to maintain a Superhost status, and your irresponsibility of traveling to Mexico without a cellphone could cost me my rating, which would not be fair. I offered you round-trip transportation for which you paid only $1200 pesos, and the driver took you to the supermarket and waited for you there, charging you only $200 pesos. That is a first-class service that would normally cost at least double. Upon your arrival, I provided two 20-liter water jugs, and I explained to you more than once that the water truck that exchanges the jugs comes twice a week, but you have to leave the empty jug and pay $40 pesos for the exchange. These are additional services that are not included in the listing. I even gave you a gift of some coasters, which you left behind. This shows how ungrateful you are. I am going to speak with the plataform to demand that they remove your low rating from my listing because you should rate based on the services offered and paid for, not on the ones you did not pay for.
