Il Casale features a large, fenced, fully-equipped and well-kept garden with a beautiful Jacuzzi (2.2x2.2 metres with 5 places), where you can enjoy a great view of the surrounding countryside and the valley. The Jacuzzi is surrounded by a relaxing area with sunbeds, a gazebo with outdoor living room and one furnished loggia with a table, chairs and a stonework barbecue for summer barbecues, ideal for outdoor meals all together. There is also a small washing room with a washing machine. Parking within the property.Interior
The country house has typical Tuscan furniture and has been carefully restored and kept, whilst maintaining its original characteristics. The property is on two floors joined by an indoor staircase. The ground floor features a large living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and sofa bed, satellite TV and dining area with direct outdoor access, and one bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one bedroom with queen sized sofa bed. All the bedrooms have access to the balcony.

Aia Masotta is in a quiet, panoramic position and boasts a great view of the surrounding hills, not far from the sea. Total privacy is guaranteed.

We suggest visiting the nearby sand beaches and Etruscan archeological sites, as well as Elba island, which is great for a day trip.
