Residence Edera 18 by Wonderful Italy

House situated inside Residence Edera with a large shared pool and garden, surrounded by Valtenesi hills, ideal to host up to six people.



Our house, provided with free Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout the spaces, welcomes guests with its spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a cooker hob, an electric kettle, an orange juicer, a toaster and a coffee machine.

A bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet, WC and a washing machine complete the ground floor.



The first floor houses the sleeping area: the master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed overlooking the private balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and of the hills. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. A bathroom with bath, wash basin, bidet and WC completes the floor.



On the basement floor, there is an open space that can be used as a tavern or a play area for kids; from this room, guests will access the private garage where to easily park one car.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



*At guests' disposal there is a shared pool available from May 1st to September 30th, together with a large green area. Swimming cap is required.

The city of Polpenazze del Garda is mainly known for the production of Valtenesi wine and Garda oil, about which the Wine Fair is periodically celebrated. It’s certified that the city has existed since the Bronze Age, and tourists will be able to admire the historical testimonies of that era thanks to the presence of the Polpenazze Castle and the Baroque Church of Santa Maria, which enjoys one of the most beautiful glimpses of Lake Garda. Even nature lovers will be able to appreciate Polpenazze thanks to the trekking, biking or quiet walk routes along the lakefront.



Verona airport is reachable with a 45-minute drive.
