Clean and comfortable home close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The parking spot was a nice addition and some of our favourite spots were just a short walk away. Highly recommended

Lovely stay in Florence, Italy

We really enjoyed our stay here with a reasonable proximity to the city center (good walking distance) and the fact that we could leave our car parked safely. The area around the apartment was quieter with less tourists, which was quite a relief after the huge amount of tourist groups in the city center. I can definitely remind this place.

Fun in Florence

We absolutely loved visiting Florence, Italy. The apartment is exactly as it appears in pictures. City Center is easily walked to; the area around has markets, restaurants and bars that are easily accessed. The charm of this apartment only enhanced our stay in Florence.

Everthing you need for a great stay in Florence

Three of us stayed in this beautifully decorated apartment for ten days. Morena was friendly and helpful and waiting for us when we arrived. The neighborhood is close to the attractions, but just far enough away to be a friendly non-touristy neighbourhood. There are excellent, inexpensive restaurants and grocery stores close by. If I could, I'd live there!

Perfect locale just outside ZTL zone

We were visiting Florence with our family of 4 and had a rental car so we didn’t want to stay within the ZTL. We were so fortunate to find this clean, comfortable condo. It is a perfect location, quick 20-minute walk to the city center/Ponte Vecchio. Nice neighbourhood to walk through with many options for coffee and restaurants. You pass Boboli Gardens and Piazza Pitti along the way. Morena is exceptional—very kind and responsive.

40th anniversary trip

Other than the communication's on VRBO and Email with property owner in Italian on the day of check in and a small issue with opening the outside door-our fault as it was the wrong door, everything was fine, very nice loft, comfortable, close to tourist area which we wanted. The property did list air conditioning but there were little signs forbidding use of so we opened the windows where we slept instead. Overall, a very pleasant stay, thanks Morena for the instant communications when we were trying to get into the rental, your check in instructions email were perfect, grazie.

Perfect location, loved Florence!!

Very nice property. Only gave 4 stars because we could not get the air conditioner to work!! We had a stretch of hot weather for mid May, and could not get temperatures down in the apartment. Otherwise loved the location and neighborhood. Great pizzeria, Antica Porta. Went several times. Most attractions are walkable, kept us above 10,000 steps!! Parking is tight! We had a slight mishap! Get the insurance!!!

Great Location Within Florence

Check in process was seamless due to instructions provided by our host prior to our late arrival. We arrived to Rome and drove to Florence. Recommend renting a small vehicle, parking is tight within private garage. We wanted to visit historic Florence in the city center and for us it was perfecto. Its a 3-5 min walk to coffee bars and nice restaurants, 7-8 min walk to Bobbili Gardens 15-20 walk to Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) and a little further to the the wonderful must see places: Uffizi, Fine Art Gallery and churches/ Duomo in Florence. We walked everywhere, everything was close proximity which is a main reason why we rented this VRBO. Place is clean and the expresso coffee pods provided were yum. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We ate out so didn't really use the kitchen. Wash machine required translation to use, instructions got you close. Overall very please and would rent again.

Gepflegtes Appartement im Oltrarno-Viertel

Das Appartement liegt etwa 200m südlich der Porta Romana. Obwohl es direkt an einer Ausfallstraße liegt, sind die Schlafzimmer ruhig, da zum Innenhof hin gelegen. Wir haben 10 Tage dort verbracht, waren mit der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche und der beiden Bäder lässt keine Wünsche offen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es einen Fischladen und eine exzellente Bäckerei. Zudem gibt es einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz fürs Auto. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und effektiv. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento tre giorni. Struttura pulita e comoda. Due stanze e due bagni Soluzione ottimale. Vicina al centro ,,10 minuti a piedi. Anche se non si vuole arrivare in centro la zona offre davvero tanto per mangiare e bere Consigliato
