Dreaming about a few days in Frankfort - relaxing at the beach, strolling through the village, having dinner in one of the great restaurants?

We are now taking reservations for Summer 2026 - have a look!

The beach is a 20 min walk (7blocks) and you can enjoy the water, sand & sunsets.
Master bedroom with a king, second bedroom features a bunk bed with a full and twin size bed. Two bathrooms, one with shower, second one charming renovated with bathtub on the first floor.
Fully equipped kitchen; washer, dryer; patio with gas grill.
Linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
When you arrive, you can be assured that all your bed linens have been thoroughly laundered, and all the surfaces in the house disinfected. The cleaning crew has established a new cleaning protocol, adjusting to the circumstances.

This is a NO-PET and NO-SMOKING vacation home.
Enjoy your evenings on the front porch!

What a great location!! We stayed here with our family of 4 for a Long Beach weekend. This home is spotless— incredible! We spent much of our time on the front porch and and back patio. She had lots of fun games for rainy evenings! A 5 Star Weekend!!

Perfect Family Vacation

Corinne’s place is absolutely perfect. It is the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot! She has thought of every single detail for the whole family. Short walk to the beach, park, and downtown. Perfect location. We’re looking forward to returning in the future!

Return Trip Happiness

We loved our stay here last summer so much we knew immediately this is where we wanted to stay when we came back. The house is beautifully appointed with nothing missing. Dishes and cookware are all in excellent condition. Plenty of linens and comfortable beds. The house is walking distance from the beach and the downtown area where several good restaurants and cute shops are located. Corinne is an attentive, wonderful host and we are already looking forward to next summer!

Beautiful & Spacious Beach Town Escape

A real gem in Frankfort. My family is originally from Frankfort and we have been coming here for 40 years: this is a wonderful addition to the rental market. Corinne is helpful and responsive, and the home is spotless and beautiful with all the items you need. You will enjoy this oasis.

Exceptional home away from home!

Excellence In Hospitality

From the beginning to end, every detail, every need and want, this was top of all the places we have stayed. First of all, not one thing left to be desired for detail. Kitchen had all my necessities, bathrooms were clean and sterile, bedrooms comfortable and spacious. I come prepared anyways, always to any rental property (it’s the tent-camper and backpacker in me, I suppose). This rental and the host left me with zero to need. I over packed. Secondly, the detail in cleanliness from sheer spotlessness to no stains, no chips in wall paint, no cracks in corners of walls needing spackle. The property is so very well maintained…immaculate! Everything nice, new, neat. I never had one moment of judgement. it was just as I would prefer my home to be (including a terrific nights sleep every night). Third, but of great importance, the host was most helpful, extremely communicative throughout, and delightful to speak with. We loved the location, not too close to the Main Street commotion, but walking distance to everything, including very close to the fantastic farmers market. Walks from the property to the beach in the evenings to watch the sunset. Early morning coffee on the delightful front porch… I will have the memories of our family stay forever…it was priceless. Sadly, I will always hold a higher standard now for each property we rent. This one takes the cake! -Thank you, Corinne!

Absolutely perfect!

The house was impeccable! Corinne went out of her way to make sure that the house was ready for my two little ones. All rooms were very spacious with lots of storage. The kitchen had everything we needed. This really was a dream rental!

Frankfort's Finest

Had a great stay with some friends for the Ironman 70.3 ! Great location , great amenities and great host ! Corrine was such a great host, giving us information about the area the week up to the race and helped us a bunch while we were there. We will be back ! Highly recommend this house and host !

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful week in Frankfort! The house was perfect, clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. The kitchen was sunny and cheerful, and stocked with anything you would need. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the back patio while the kids played in the yard. Location was great, and it was an easy walk into town. Corrine was also a wonderful host and was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful stay in Frankfort!

Corinne's house in Frankfort was a great find! We loved the porch for coffee in the morning, reading all day, and drinks and music at night. 2 blocks from Frankfort's hippest cocktail bar and an easy walk (15 mins) or drive to the gorgeous beach. House was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and showed care to all of its inside and outside spaces. Note: steep stairs to only sleeping spaces, so be aware if mobility issues. Corinne was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great Location, House, Owner

Super clean house, with up to date furnishings and finishes throughout. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with, made our stay even better. Location of the property was perfect close enough to walk to the beach but without all the traffic from being in the center of town. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Frankfort Stay

Lovely home in beautiful Frankfort. Close to beach, bike and hiking trails. The house was cozy, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. Corrine is very friendly and excellent to work with. Wonderful updated home and perfect location - five stars!

Labor Day Getaway

Property is as it shows in online photos. Very clean, very modern amenities and a perfect location close to Main Street in Frankfort, parks and playgrounds. Owner was very proactive in communication prior to our arrival giving tips on dining and local sites. Also, a couple small questions we had were answered via text messages almost instantly. If our travels tacks us back to the Lake Michigan coast we’ll be sure to book this property again.

Clean nice house good location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and comfortable. The locations is great, we could walk to the beach on lake MI or take a 3 mins drive to Crystal lake. Situated right on M22 . What a find.

Amazing place to stay

Great home away from home

The property is a great place to spend your stay in Frankfort as it is close to the downtown area and the beach. Since we brought up our bikes we were able to take advantage of the short trips to both the Frankfort Beach as well as the downtown area pikcing up fresh bread and pastries from the Crescent Bakery. In addition it is only a short way to the Betsy River Trail which takes you to Crystal Lake and Beulah which are great places to take trips to. The Property is very clean and it great shape. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The bedrooms are of nice size and it was awesome to have two bathrooms available with two kids. Overall, we fully enjoyed to two weeks at this cottage and would love to come back at some point.

Our family of four (2 and 4 year old kids) loved spending a week in Frankfort and staying at this house. The place is updated, clean, well stocked - has everything you could ask for. We would definitely return and have already recommended it to others!

Excellent Home and Location

We highly enjoyed our stay in this home which was very comfortable, modern, updated, and super clean. Communication with the owner was easy; she was super friendly and helpful. Location to the immediate and the entire beautiful northwestern part of Michigan is very accessible – grab this home if you can!
