It is one minute's walk from restaurants, three minutes by car from supermarkets, five minutes from Lorient beach, eight minutes from Saint-Jean beach, ten minutes from Saline beach and Saint-Barthélemy-Rémy-de-Haenen airport, fifteen minutes from Gustavia and sixteen minutes from Gouverneur beach.



The Space:

The living room, dining room and kitchen offer a view of the lush tropical environment, the ocean and the hills and direct access to the patio. Located on the upper level, the air-conditioned living room is open to the dining room and the kitchen. It is spacious, with 110 m² of living space and high ceilings. It features several sofas and 2 off-white armchairs with white cushions and black and white palm trees, an aged dark brown coffee table with beige squares and a high-definition flat-screen TV with American satellite, Dish Network and CD/DVD player. The interior dining room is open to the living room. It has a dark wooden table for eight people. The modern, air-conditioned kitchen is bright and open to the lounge and dining room and is well equipped with a breakfast bar for four people.
