It has its own swimming pool with heated water (use under the rules and conditions of the owner), a communal pool and ample services and, if you prefer the beach, it is less than 4 km away.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable and suited me and my wife. It had everything we needed and the hot tub is a nice addition. It is in a nice quiet area with a supermarket a 3 minute walk away. The beach is a 20-25 minute walk away which suited us but you can drive it in just a few minutes. The host was very friendly and helpful and communications were good.

Nie wieder!

Stromausfall bei unserer Ankunft, im halben Bungalow, der behoben wurde. Weiterhin stĂ€ndiger Stromausfall, wenn der Whirlpool geheizt hat, durfte man kein weiteres ElektrogerĂ€te benutzen, sonst flog der Fehlerschutzschalter. Danach war der Whirlpool erst wieder benutzbar, wenn der Gastgeber ein Reset machte.FĂ€kaliengeruch am Whirlpool vom Kanal. Wasser im Whirlpool roch stark nach Chlor. Von den Chlortabletten nahm er ein StĂŒck von der großen Tablette und schĂ€tze ab wieviel er brauchte. ZusĂ€tzlich verwendete er Bromtabletten.Wir verlangten, daß er Teststreifen besorgt, hat er sich geweigert. Kakerlaken im Bungalow. Ein Spray mussten wir abends im Aussenbereich versprĂŒhen. Wir mussten selbst Kakerlakenfallen fĂŒr innen kaufen!Stark verschmutzte Matratze im Schlafzimmer, verdreckte Kopfkissen, die mit zwei ÜberzĂŒgen bezogen wurden, damit der Gast die Flecken auf den Kissen nicht sehen sollte. Sitzkissen mit Flecken. In der WohnkĂŒche konnte man nicht entspannt schlafen, weil stĂ€ndig laute GerĂ€usche von einem uralten KĂŒhlschrank mit Generator zu hören waren. Außerdem war außen ein Bewegungsmelder stĂ€ndig aktiv. VorhĂ€nge deckten nicht die ganze Fensterfront ab. Falsche Angaben bei unserer Buchung: Ferienwohnung fĂŒr 6 Personen in der Beschreibung. 2. Schlafzimmer war im Obergeschoss und konnte nicht genutzt werden! Im oberen Zimmer waren nur gebretterter WĂ€nde ohne Isolierung und die letzte Stufe der Zugetreppe war 50 cm hoch ohne GelĂ€nder. LĂ€ngere Zeit kein Leitungswasser.

Urlaub

Uns hat das Bungalow sehr gut gefallen. Es entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Es war sauber und alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Schön war der kleine private Pool und die AußenkĂŒche. JosĂ© selbst war jederzeit fĂŒr uns ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl im Bungalow gefĂŒhlt. Wir haben uns ein Auto gemietet so konnten wir ein bisschen die Insel erkunden und schöne kleine Badebuchten entdecken. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

LocalizaciĂłn ideal, limpieza mejorable

El bungalow es ideal. Para una estancia de 4 o 6 personas es perfecto. La ubicación inmejorable. Las camas muy cómodas. El propietario estupendo y mandó un video explicativo clarificador de la ubicación y modo de entrada al complejo. La piscina de la urbanización estaba vacía, totalmente incomprensible a estas alturas del año. Hubiera estado bien darse un baño, pero tampoco fue indispensable en nuestros planes. Lo manifiestamente mejorable fue la limpieza, sobre todo de las terrazas. También bajo las camas y los rincones había bastante suciedad. Quizås el equipo de limpieza, no esté haciendo del todo bien su trabajo. Las toallas y såbanas si estaban perfectas y olían fenomenal y la equipacion del menaje también estå bien. Repetiriamos sin duda, con la garantía, quizås, de que la limpieza fuera algo mejor. Gracias!
