Complex of seven bungalows with pool south of the island, Very bright we can say that the best definition of the house is the tranquility of the complex. 24h free wifi. For people who want to play golf we have a few meters from the Maspalomas golf course, and the tennis club, which also has a gym. The house has about 130 m fully equipped.


Environment: The accommodation is in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, it is easily accessible as you can walk, by bus where you will have exactly the stop around the complex as well as the taxi rank.

Attractions and activities: The accommodation is located in the south of the island of Gran Canaria. Where you can have almost all things at your fingertips such as the golf course, the beach, water park as the amusement park and small supermarkets.

The area offers various activities such as spending a day in the water park, especially for children and also the amusement park and go-karting. Take a boat trip to the port of Mogan and see the bottom of the sea from a submarine.

Just Perfect!

Everything from, pre-arrival until the departure could be described wit the following words: helpful, understanding, friendly, quick response, clean, well equipped, comfortable, luxurious, well located (2 minutes walks to the supermarket 15 min bars and restaurants). We can only recommend the place. For our next stay, it will be our first choice.

Schöner Bungalow lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Alles war perfekt. - Ausstattung sehr gut. - Beide Badezimmer ok. - Küche sehr gut. - Terrasse u. Pool ok. Wir hatten den Pool ganz für uns. - Sogar deutsche TV Sender. Sogar Wäschetrockner. - Die Lage passt auch. Wer jedoch eine ruhige Lage sucht ist hier schlecht beraten. Die laute Straße wurde schon mehrfach erwähnt. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wiederholungsfaktor sicher.

Lots of stuff in the villa kitchen, plenty of towels, sun beds, beach towels. Everything we needed.

Spacious and clean property. Well equipped will all we needed. It was closer to a main road than we expected and therefore a bit noisy, but we live in the country so may not be an issue for others, satalite TV but no English channels. Some of the Roman blinds did not work properly which was annoying,

wunderschöner Bungalow

Ines hat es an nichts mangeln lassen, der Bungalow ist super ausgestattet, sehr liebevolle Details, man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Der einzige Drawback ist die Straße, die manchmal doch etwas laut ist. Viel Spaß den weiteren Mietern mit den gelben Boogieboards, wir konnten sie leider nicht mitnehmen, sie sind toll für die super Wellen am Strand

The gardens were well maintained. The noice from the street however was too loud especially in the morning and late afternoon. The pool was not heated so in the winter you could not use it which was a pity.

Lovely villa

Had a wonderful holiday. Facilities in villa excellent, very convenient location, easy access to restaurants, local shop & market. This is a generous sized accommodation. Shared pool facilities great. Shared by 7 villas but not a problem for us. Parking outside villa gates. All electrical equipment worked efficiently & plenty of pans and dishes for your own cooking.The owner met us at villa on arrival and showed us each room & how to operate the electric hob etc.. 2 small criticisms : 1) the oven is mounted high behind the kitchen door leading to the lounge so you have to lift dishes to shoulder height when using the oven. 2) the circular baths do not have shower curtains /screens so water goes everywhere if you stand up to shower. We ended up kneeling in the bath to avoid water spillage.Not a problem for us but could be if you are less mobile. We loved the location & facilities & would definitely stay there again.
