The property was located very well in Rione Monti. 8 min walk to the Colosseum! Lots of restaurants close by. Our host Guido. could not have been any more helpful or attentive. He was fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Rome. Being on the ground floor was great for us seniors!

The apartment was very conveniently located within walking distance of historic sites (13 mins walk to Colosseum; 17 mins walk to Trevi fountain). There were many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The air conditioning worked very well- even on 37 degree Celsius days! There was a small serviceable kitchen for eating in, and an excellent gelato shop on the corner. The host, Guido, provides very good instructions for check- in and detailed information regarding restaurant options for our stay. He responded promptly to questions that came up during our stay.
