I will always try to do the best for my guests and I am pleased when this is appreciated. I would just like to clarify some things you wrote: The air conditioning was simply not turned on during your stay (in the building there is a condominium air conditioning system that can be turned on respecting the law that the mayor of Rome made so DO NOT can turn on in April ) :-) As you rightly said, here in Rome it is possible to open the windows to get fresh air and we don't always have to turn on the air conditioners, we have different habits.. The sofa bed, should 4 people arrive (as has often happened) is a double sofa bed, very large and comfortable. Perhaps you have found a taxi driver who is a little lazy because it is usually possible to easily arrive by car in front of the main door of the building on the street.
