The main feature of the apartment is its proximity to the sea, in fact it is located only about 150 meters from the beach of Venalonga, therefore easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.

- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €5,00 extra per day for use of air conditioning;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
