Our beautiful villa Loquet in the outskirts of Pollensa is spread over 2 floors.



The cosy country house has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. One room is equipped with a 135 cm bed and a private terrace. Right next door is a full bathroom. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with two single beds of 90 cm each and another bedroom on the mezzanine floor with two single beds and bathroom en suite with bathtub.



On the ground floor there is a beautiful living-dining room with Smart TV, a large dining table for up to 6 people, a separate kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher, coffee maker and a separate storage room.



The highlight of the well-kept holiday home is the quiet outdoor area with the beautiful Mediterranean garden and various seating areas to linger. The pool is 7 by 3 metres and 1 to 2 metres deep. The barbecue house with a large seating area makes the outdoor experience perfect.



There is also an outdoor bathroom next to the pool. For the more Athletic guests, there is also a table tennis table.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.





IMPORTANT!



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.





Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Location



In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.

The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.



Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
