Bedrooms: 3 excellent size stylish bedrooms for a good night’s rest for up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom offers twin single beds (can be king bed on request), the other 2 bedrooms have double beds. Each has wardrobe area (with coat hangers) & chest of draws too.

Kitchen / Diner: You’ll love the kitchen area, it’s a cool place to hang out. It’s light, spacious, designer style, yet practical. Fully equipped with hob, fan oven, microwave, and everything you need if you like to cook. The dining table is accommodating enough for 6 if you’d prefer to just skip the cooking and enjoy a take-away. There’s also a washer / dryer if you need it plus a tall fridge freezer.

Lounge: A calming lounge with two large sofas and a smart TV so you can simply relax.

Wifi: Ultrafast WiFi throughout so you can stream your favourite shows, surf the net or get on with your work and online meetings.

Bathroom: Upstairs is a generous size 3-piece bathroom suite with a P-shape bath with power shower.

Back Yard: The Kitchen leads out to a private secure back yard area.

Location: Perfectly located. Near enough to get to the buzz of the big city but not in the hustle and bustle. On a quiet friendly street, everything you need is on your doorstep within a short walk. Whitefield Metrolink station for the tram is a few minutes’ walk to get straight to the city centre.
