Working away, business travel, adventures with family or friends. We’ve prepared this two-storey Townhouse with TLC and everything in place to make it a home from home so you can quickly settle in.

Bedrooms: 3 excellent size stylish bedrooms for a good night’s rest for up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom offers twin single beds (can be king bed on request), the other 2 bedrooms have double beds. Each has wardrobe area (with coat hangers) & chest of draws too.

Kitchen / Diner: You’ll love the kitchen area, it’s a cool place to hang out. It’s light, spacious, designer style, yet practical. Fully equipped with hob, fan oven, microwave, and everything you need if you like to cook. The dining table is accommodating enough for 6 if you’d prefer to just skip the cooking and enjoy a take-away. There’s also a washer / dryer if you need it plus a tall fridge freezer.

Lounge: A calming lounge with two large sofas and a smart TV so you can simply relax.

Wifi: Ultrafast WiFi throughout so you can stream your favourite shows, surf the net or get on with your work and online meetings.

Bathroom: Upstairs is a generous size 3-piece bathroom suite with a P-shape bath with power shower.

Back Yard: The Kitchen leads out to a private secure back yard area.

Location: Perfectly located. Near enough to get to the buzz of the big city but not in the hustle and bustle. On a quiet friendly street, everything you need is on your doorstep within a short walk. Whitefield Metrolink station for the tram is a few minutes’ walk to get straight to the city centre. There is also a wide range of lovely cafes, the famous Slatery patisserie, some cool restaurants, trendy bars, local pubs, shops, supermarkets and parks.
You’re also minutes away from the M60 / M62 / M66 / M61 motorways making it a super central base for the Northwest!

Parking: Ample free on-street parking in front of the house for you to use.
Please note: 24 hours notice is required to change the 2 x single beds to 1 x King-size

Nice House

The property was in a good location for what we needed, we were there for a memorial service for my mother. It was clean and easy to get around from there. My issue is their online payment system was impossible, it would not accept any of our credit cards so had to do a wire transfer after many emails back and forth with the company. Found this strange as we book other properties in other countries and never had this issue before.

Successful stay

Came up from Kent for son to have wrist operation. So address was convenient. Only two but could of had 6 of us. Had problem paying using system this time, no problem with other venues.

Mi sono trovato molto bene, casa accogliente ed attrezzata, non molto lontano dal centro. l’host è stata molto disponibile e gentile, lo consiglio fortemente.
