Cozy apartment with balcony, located in the heart of Ortigia, a few meters from the Duomo, Fonte Aretusa and numerous architectural masterpieces ranging from different styles and eras.



This apartment, located on the first floor with an elevator, opens onto a large living room characterized by exposed wooden beams and stone elements. The space is furnished with a double sofa bed, dining area and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also fitted with a microwave and a kettle. From here guests have access to a small balcony with a table overlooking the alley. Continuing on, there is the bedroom with a queen size bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Guests also have free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with a heat pump.

For relaxation and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, on the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beautiful, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.



The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 60 kms far away, while Comiso Pio La Torre airport is 110 kms far. The train station of Siracusa is 1 km far from Ortigia, as well as the interbus station connected with the airports.
