Basic 1 bedroom apartment located in a very quiet area only 150m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc.



This is a ground floor apartment in a building up a small slope very close to shops and restaurants.



Simple but cosy living room with tv, sofa bed for 2 people and access to a terrace with mountain view. There is a small but furnished kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and oven.

It has 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. Communal washing machine.



Free Wifi.



Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.



Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Very beautiful location! Perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the beauty of Llafranc. The apartment was a bit chilly when we were there in early April, and very few businesses were open that time of year, but the place was mostly as described. The only real issues we had: the shower was very small and was not draining properly, so we had to turn the water off frequently so it would not overflow.

Nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen

Die Lage war super, sehr ruhig und ein paar Meter laufen oder 120 Stufen und du warst direkt am Meer und Strandpromenade mit viele Restaurants und Bars. Die Unterkunft war nicht so sauber, z.B. waren alle Türfallen und die Türe klebrig. Alle Türen konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden, waren verzogen. Die Decken waren nicht fertig gemalt und dadurch sahe das ganze etwas schmuttelig aus. Das Doppelbett war klein und dr Matratzenbezug auch nicht sehr sauber(Wir hatten Gott seis Dank eine Matratzenschoner dabei). In der Wohnung allg. hat es gemuffelt.

Leider kein schönes Apartment. Nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Lieblose recht abgenutzte Ausstattung.

Nicht schön. Sind am gleichen Tag wieder abgereist! Sehr hellhöriges Haus. 2 grosse Hunde vom Nachbar v. Gegenüber bellen bei jeder Kleinigkeit. Kein bisschen Privatsphäre im Garten/Terrasse, da der Eingang nicht von dieser abgetrennt ist. Abfluss in der Dusche erreicht nicht seine Wirkung, sodass beim Duschen mit dem wohlweislich daneben stehenden Pömpel beim Duschen das abfließende Wasser manuell abgepumpt werden muss. Muffiger Geruch überall, v a. in den wenigen Schränken, Nachttische etc Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Verrosteter Wäscheständer. Sitzauflagen verdreckt und mehr als unhygienisch und und und und. Besser nicht hinfahren! Schade!! Zum Schluss noch Ärger mit der Agentur, da wohl die in den Agentur-Briefkasten an gleichen Tag zurückgegebenen Schlüssel nicht auffindbar sind.
