Independent residence with 10 + 1 beds.
The Rose farmhouse is part of a large estate with over 1000 olive trees immersed in the Umbrian countryside; inside the estate there are three farmhouses: Moraio, Noce and Rose. The houses are totally independent and the presence of hedges and vegetation guarantees the privacy of each villa.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, large kitchen with fireplace, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with waffles and American-style coffee, naturalized water, two double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, one with equipment for disabled, bathroom. On the first floor two double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, fireplace and internal staircase which gives access to a highly panoramic tower, with a queen-size sofa bed, kitchenette and a living area.

The guests of the farmhouse can use, in addition to the swimming pool for exclusive use, also the wellness center (extra charge applies). The wellness center has glass windows, which allow maximum penetration of the sun's rays, and a large garden where guests can relax. In the summer months guests can still relax in the center thanks to the presence of air conditioning. The center has a large whirlpool, a sauna and a Turkish bath, and finally the fitness room for sports enthusiasts. Access to the wellness center is for the exclusive use of guests: upon arrival, guests will receive a pre-established program where each farmhouse has access to the wellness center in pre-established time slots and therefore have exclusive and private use .

On request it is possible to rent Road Bikes in carbon, E-bikes (with engine on the pedals), trekking bikes and bicycles for children as well as different types of trailers (also for animals). From the Casali there are at least two itineraries that can be traveled on by bicycles. It is possible to combine the bike tour with wine tours.
Possibility of organizing visits to the splendid cities of Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Gubbio, Spoleto and many other villages, such as the pretty village of Rasiglia, near Foligno.
Possibility to participate in organized truffle research (Truffle Hunting).


Security Deposit € 600,00 to be paid in cash at the arrival and refund at the end of the stay.
