Wonderful summer holiday

Really nice 2-week stay (again) at this near Todi property! The pictures do not do the house, pool, and location justice. Super clean house, excellent size pool, looking out on sunflower fields and the hills of Umbria. Wonderfully accommodated by the host, before, during, and after our stay - respecting our privacy at all times. Highly recommend this property for a family holiday!

Wonderful stay in Todi!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the amazing views of the Umbria countryside. The house is large and perfectly catered to family needs (kids upstairs, parents downstairs). Open, clean and very well taken care of. Wonderful contact with the owners and good care throughout. Thank you for helping us ‘get away’ during these challenging COVID times. Though Italy was hit hard, I highly encourage supporting our European southern neighbors by safely visiting this beautiful country.

We had such a wonderful 10 day stay at this property! The home was immaculate and the pool and yard were extraordinary. The view is really as good as it gets! My ten year old son had a fantastic time in the pool. The home is a couple of miles from the historic center of Todi, and also a few miles from a large grocery/mega store with everything you could possibly need. There isn't air conditioning but we were there during a 95 degree week and were totally comfortable. The stone house really does stay cool if you keep the shutters closed during the day. The family that owns the property stopped by once or twice to take care of the pool and outdoor plants, and gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants. Otherwise we were totally on our own. There are plenty of pool towels and outdoor chairs for relaxing around the pool.Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Tout s'est très bien passée. Hôte très disponible répond très vite aux messages et à la fois discret. Endroit super calme nous n'avons jamais entendu les voisins, logement propre et très bien entretenu.Je recommande pour toutes personnes qui cherche le calme.

Communication fluide et sympathique avec Emanuele tout au long du séjour. Maison à la fois familiale et très facile à prendre en mains , très bien équipée . Le site est merveilleux avec une vue inoubliable . La piscine et le jardin sont parfaits . Je recommande vivement !

Wunderbarer Ort der Entspannung

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, sauber und angenehm. Die Aussicht wundervoll. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war größer als wir dachten und hat sehr viel Freude bereitet, gerade an den heißen Tagen eine tolle Abkühlung. Dieser Urlaub eignet sich für alle, die gerne unter sich bleiben. Für uns war es perfekt.

Villa med dejlig udsigt

Dejlig beliggenhed og smuk udsigt. Velfungerende hus men kunne bruge lidt oprydning i køkkenet. Alt i alt en dejlig og meget varm uge!

soggiorno proprio come volevamo.. il proprietario Disponibilissimo e discreto.. una persona squisita.. posto incantevole non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio.. il top per tutto, dal posto alla casa.. alla piscina.. grazie di tutto speriamo di tornare..
