Graceful 3 Bedroom Agia Napa Villa with Pool
Villa Helena, a stunning 3-bedroom villa, is perfectly located in Agia Napa, within close walking distance to Nissi Avenue where you can enjoy an abundance of beaches, including the renowned Nissi Beach, and amenities, and a short drive to Agia Napa Square, where you will find plenty of bars and clubs. You are close enough to appreciate everything that Agia Napa offers, yet far enough away from the 'hustle and bustle' of it all. As well as the added advantage of being just a few minutes walk to our sister Villa Carmel, which is ideal for larger groups or families who wish to be close together, Villa Helena is the perfect choice for those looking for a relaxing break.
As you enter the villa, you will find the modern, open-plan ground floor that exudes sheer elegance and class. Meticulously decorated and furnished, it immediately gives you that "a home from home" feel. The living room is complete with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a widescreen smart and cable TV. It features the extra luxury of a fireplace that can be used on those cool, but cozy nights in, and just add to the whole hospitable feel that this villa offers. You will also find the dining area with an extendable table and seating for 6-8 people, and the stylish fully equipped kitchen that includes an island with extra seating for 2 people. There is a sliding patio door that opens to the garden, patio, and pool area, and an extra sofa that converts to a double sofa-bed for extra guests.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, all of which have double beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a private balcony with a seating area. Bedrooms two and three share a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. All bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and have fitted wardrobes that offer plenty of storage and bedside cabinets.
A spacious family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower, and toilet is also on the first floor.
There is full WiFi and cold & hot air conditioning throughout the villa.
One of the main attractions of Villa Helena is the attractive and sizeable garden which boasts a large pergola with an outside dining area, ideal for those barbecue nights in, and perfect for sitting in the shade on those hot summer days. There is a traditional Cyprus charcoal barbecue, a comfortable outside seating area with rattan sofas, sunloungers, and a private pool, all surrounded by lovely and well-maintained landscaping.

Closer to the Villa there is a bus stop, 24-hours Kiosks, minimarkets, fruit markets, bakeries and just about every amenity you will need for a relaxing holiday.
Along Nissi Avenue, there is a variety of restaurants, all child-friendly with quite a few with small playgrounds. Business cards of some favorites will be available for you at the Villa.
The local restaurants offer excellent Cypriot food, try the Kleftico, lamb wrapped in foil and cooked in a special clay oven, or Meze which includes several different Cyprus dishes.
At the center of town, the Medieval Monastery is well worth a visit. The picturesque Ayia Napa harbor is also a must visit with its several fish restaurants and bars.
