I would recommend this villa. The pool was nice refresh after day at the beach. Everything was great. Antonis was very helpfull.

Modern luxurius and stylished villa next to the beach

The house was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with anything we needed! The furniture, style, and pool were all of the highest standards, all you need to relax or even walk one minute to the beach! It is a very spacious and modern house that we would love to visit again! Definitely recommended!

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. La vue sur la mer depuis une des chambres de l’étage est tout simplement magnifique ! Située dans un quartier calme, à 50 m de la mer et de la plage sirène Beach, idéal pour se détendre. Belle piscine (cependant pas sécurisée pour de jeunes enfants.) Un magasin d’alimentation ainsi qu’un restaurant se trouvent à seulement 50 mètres, ce qui est très pratique. Ayia Napa est accessible en 5 minutes en voiture, idéal pour découvrir toute la moitié Est de l’île. Tout était parfait ! Je recommande sans hésitation !
