Villa le Cascine is a beautiful Tuscan villa located in the countryside of Montaione, a medieval village in the Florentine province. The property is immersed in an uncontaminated natural environment between cultivated fields and small oak woods.
Surrounded by a private fenced garden with lawn, the villa has a large loggia equipped with sofas, chairs, wrought iron dining tables and a barbecue, ideal for spending pleasant lunches and dinners in the open air.
The outdoor areas are embellished by a splendid private swimming pool (8 x 15 m, depth varies from 1.2 to 2.5 m), equipped with a hydromassage area, deck chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers.

The villa (500 sqm), spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 29 people for a total of 17 bedrooms (8 double bedrooms, 5 single and 4 twin bedrooms) and 14 bathrooms. Internally the villa is divided into 5 apartments (one of which is very large), in order to provide maximum comfort and privacy to a large group of guests.
Main suite (12 people): The ground floor consists of: a large dining area (able to comfortably accommodate a total of 29 guests), a living area with fireplace and satellite TV, a kitchen (with 6-burner hob, electric oven , microwave, freezer, American coffee machine, toaster).
The sleeping area includes: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.
Suite 1 (5 people): Suite 1 is located on the first floor, offers a beautiful view of the countryside and is accessed via an independent staircase. It consists of: living room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.
Suite 2 (6 people): Suite 2 is also located on the first floor, offers a beautiful view of the swimming pool and is accessed via an independent staircase. It consists of: living room, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with tub.
Suite 3 (3 people): Suite 3 is located on the ground floor and can be easily reached from the inside with independent access. It consists of: living / dining room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

- Volterra, famous Etruscan city with its walls and its museum;
- San Gimignano stands on a hill and is characteristic for its beautiful towers and for Vernaccia (famous Tuscan white wine, the first among Italian wines to receive the DOC label, Documentation of Controlled Origin, in 1966);
- Certaldo Alta, the town where the Italian writer and poet Giovanni Boccaccio lived, is a typical example of a perfectly preserved medieval village;
- San Miniato, famous for its prized white truffle and historic destination of Napoleon Buonaparte during his Italian campaign.

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior authorization.
All guests must respect a good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activities.
Respect the neighbors and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Organizing parties is not allowed.
The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.

Photography or commercial filming on the property is not allowed.
The guest is responsible for any damages to the property and agrees to accept charges on the provided credit card should damages occur during the stay. In case of damages or problems, please contact us immediately so we can address them.
