Moving up to the upper floor, there are eight double bedrooms, all with a kitchen corner, shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. One of the rooms has an exit to the terrace. The property consists of twelve apartments, with two two-room apartments located on the ground floor and ten studio apartments located on the first floor. Access to the first floor is via an external staircase for five apartments and an internal staircase for the other five apartments.
