This modern 143 m² holiday home, built in 2022, is situated in a scenic and child-friendly area near Tranum Strand. The house offers a stylish interior and a high level of comfort, featuring energy-efficient underfloor heating powered by an air-to-water heat pump. The layout includes four bedrooms and a cozy alcove in the living room, comfortably accommodating families. For those traveling with toddlers, a cot and high chair are also provided. The well-equipped kitchen features an induction stove, dishwasher, and a spacious freezer, while the living area is set up for entertainment with a TV, Chromecast, and radio. Outside, the large 1,800 m² garden and surrounding terrace offer plenty of space for relaxation, outdoor dining with the charcoal grill, and soaking up the fresh air. As an added bonus, guests have free access to a nearby water park and the convenience of an on-site electric car charging station (please bring your own cable). With a communal playground just a short distance away and the beautiful nature of North Jutland at your doorstep, this home is an ideal choice for a relaxing family getaway. Please note that rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
