CheminĂ©e dans la chambre principale, poĂȘle Ă  bois dans le salon. Mitsubishi mini-split systĂšme de pompe Ă  chaleur / ac, avec moniteur de chauffage comme sauvegarde. David was a wonderful host! The cabin was beautiful, clean , warm and fully stocked, We felt refreshed and had a fabulous stay! The cabin was tucked away secluded which is exactly what we love, we bundled up and took a quick drive up to the bridge and took a fun hike through the snow and found the frozen milbrook catscade waterfall, it was breathtaking, I was able to take some beautiful pictures. Enjoyed the warm wood stove! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you David

David was such a welcoming host.the cabin was full of amazing amenities a wood stove in living room and a fire place in bedroom that we sat in front of every night. The property outside was breathtaking a beautiful Brooke in back yard a 5 minute walk to the pond were the dogs swam and ran in field for hours. This cabin is such a great place to unplug and just relax our dogs had the best time there.we are planning a trip back very soon.The Espinola’s

This is the best property we have ever rented, so quiet and peaceful. And it has everything you need. Did I mention quiet? The short waterfall walk was a delightful add to the experience. Loved it!

What an amazing trip! The cabin is exactly as advertised. The surrounding area was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We have stayed a few times now. Each time the Cabin is more than comfortable, stocked with everything you need. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Between the waterfall, river and pond we had more than enough to keep us busy. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Nature Lover's Paradise!

My husband and I escape up north twice a year to decompress from our crazy lives. We found this cabin on VRBO as we were looking for somewhere to stay to explore the Lincoln area and Kancamagus Highway. I have to say the reviews were amazing but definitely understated how awesome the sound of the brook is behind the cabin, the view, and the huge waterfall a short distance away! The cabin itself was very spacious and having two full baths was especially enjoyable as I am constantly being kicked out at home. This location is extremely quiet, private, and a great place to unwind. We are definitely considering returning in the fall if available. David provided excellent communication throughout our stay with very clear instructions and additional information. Highly recommend!

Always a Pleasure

We have stayed at the cabin several times now and it is one of our favorite spots. It has everything you need to relax, unplug, and enjoy the peaceful area. David is a fantastic host. He provides detailed information prior to your arrival and is very responsive should you need anything during your stay. This particular visit we had some less than favorable weather and he was in consistent contact regarding snow removal and options should the freezing rain cause a power outage. Most stays we opt to not even leave the cabin because we enjoy being there and taking walks around that area so much.

Tranquility

So quiet! The cabin was clean, tidy and comfortable! Snowshoed, hiked, lounged on the porch all taking in the spring thaw. Host David was attentive and provided great information toward a simple, worry-free stay. We hope to be back!!
