This fantastic three-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Seville, just steps away from the city’s main attractions. The building has been fully renovated and stylishly decorated.

Upon entering, you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, filled with natural light thanks to a balcony overlooking the main facade. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, seating for up to eight guests, two armchairs, and a 55-inch Smart TV. There is also a large dining table perfect for gatherings and meals.

The kitchen is connected to the living area and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay.

The first bedroom, accessible directly from the living room, has a double bed measuring 140 by 180 cm, a large built-in wardrobe, and a window facing Calle Goyeneta, providing plenty of natural light.

The other two bedrooms are located down a corridor to the right of the living room. Both have double beds, one measuring 140 by 190 cm and the other 150 by 200 cm. The latter features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the main facade and large built-in wardrobes.

Opposite these rooms is the second full bathroom, also equipped with a shower.

Pool available from 1st of June to 30th of September (11h-15h 17h-22h).

The apartment is situated in one of Seville’s best areas, very close to Plaza de la Encarnación and the famous Setas de Sevilla, as well as the Cathedral, the Giralda, and other historic landmarks. You can easily explore the entire historic center on foot without the need for transportation.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
