Dear Diane, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our prime location in Sevilla, just a short walking distance from restaurants, local cafes, and shops, as well as being conveniently close to the city's historic sites. Regarding your feedback about the washing machine without a dryer, we understand your concerns. We want to clarify that in the information provided on our website, which we make every effort to ensure transparency, you can find detailing the amenities available in our accommodations, including the absence of a dryer. We aim to empower our guests to make informed decisions about their stay. However, in Seville, we benefit from a wonderful climate with abundant sunshine, making the use of dryers unnecessary. Nevertheless, we will take your comment into consideration for future improvements if deemed necessary. Regarding the furniture, we also regret that some of the furnishings in the house were not sufficiently comfortable for you. We will take your feedback into account for future improvements if necessary. We sincerely value your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even better stay. Quality Department.
