Great little apartment in the heart of Venice, only one minute from San Marco Square and many shops and eateries. Be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs though.

Very cosy apartment with some nice natural light. Comfortable bed and mattress, lovely kitchen area to cook. Very close to St Marks, which makes it a perfect place to stop for a break between museums. Despite its proximity to the busiest part of the town, the apartment was quiet.

Great location, very clean, and plenty of space! Well air conditioned, well equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Cons - 3 flights of stairs to climb up with luggage (which you are made aware of before booking), low water pressure, and the Juliette balconies off the master bedroom are too small to go out on and overlook someone else’s terrace. However, the overall space and location make up for it.

In love with Venice

Terrific location, close to the popular San Marco Square but quiet. The apartment was exactly as presented on Stayz and provides ever we needed. Only possible improvement would be a better bed. The twin singles have a tendency to move.

Haven in the heart of Venice

The property is an airy, beautifully decorated haven in the heart of Venice. As this was our first trip to Venice, we wanted to stay in the heart of things—yet have quiet as well. This property was perfect. The hosts were so helpful—someone met us to guide us to the apartment, and they arranged airport transfer at the last minute. Bear in mind that there are stairs to climb—which seems to be very common in Venice.

Host was great. Very helpful with providing directions to the property which would have been challenging without the video. She provided some good restaurant suggestions. Location is awesome if you want to stay in the heart of the city center. Walking just a few minutes to St. Mark's square yet secluded enough that you don't get too caught up in the tourist walking traffic. FYI- like most places there are lots of steps to go up to the apartment. And some mosquitoes to deal with in September so keep the windows closed and you will be good. Great stay. Highly recommend for a couple spending a few nights in Venice.
