For lovers of theatrical performances this apartment is located a few steps from the La Fenice Theater. The apartment consists of a large living area with kitchen, dining and living room all overlooking canal, two bedrooms one with double bed (possibly transformable into two singles) and one with one and a half bed, two baths complete with shower in elegant mosaic signed Bisazza. Air conditioning and heating. Equipped kitchen. Wi-fi internet connection. Bath towels and bedding.
If there was a 5 person staying and not booked on booking, there will be an addition of 50 euros per night plus 20 euros of linen. Pay at your arrival.

Really fun with the gondolas passing by. You can hear them and the best was the singing. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice common area for the four of us. WiFi isn’t great anywhere in Venice.

Absolutely fabulous location!! Great authentic Venetian run shops steps away. Silvia was super attentive and responsive to every question and was always available when we needed help or recommendations for anything. We loved watching and listening to the gondolas passing by through the mirrored windows. What a treat. We will definitely be staying here when we return to beautiful Venice!!

Roberto was very clear when communicating before check in. Once we arrived in Venice, Roberto handed us off to Silvia. Silvia was super awesome and incredibly helpful during our entire stay. We were kind of needy because it was our first time in Venice. She responded very quickly and was always helpful. She was so helpful getting us private taxis and helping us with communication and how to get around. She was just very helpful in every way. Now for the place it self. It was so cute and quaint and very clean and the location was off the charts great! We could walk to everything Venice has to offer! Gondolas were literally going by right outside the apartment all the time and they aren't even a meter away. Just an awesome experience!! Highly recommend

Great location!

We loved our stay. This flat is in a terrific location. Just steps from shops and restaurants and so close to all the sites. The boats floating by were the highlight of the stay. Thank you for the great stay.

Fantastic Venice Location

Property was as advertised, location was great. We especially enjoyed being on the canal seeing all the gondolas go by, with the musicians and many tourists like us. Would stay at this location again.

Terrific location

We had a great holiday in Venice. The apartment was close to lots of the must see sights. Being on the canal was very entertaining watching the gondolas and taxis go by. The apartment is comfortable and relaxing. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Perfect location perfect set up for two couples

Best true Venice experience

We absolutely loved this property! It was incredible watching the Gondola’s go by and listening to the Gondoliers singing. It was very easy to get to all the hot spots in town. Thank you Silvia for such an awesome host.

Great Apartment in Venice!

Great apartment, located near excellent restaurants and shopping. Canal is literally right out the window! Host arranged for a private water taxi that took us from the train station directly to the apartment (much appreciated!). Beds were comfortable, apartment was very clean. We will stay again if we get back to Venice.

Great location and comfortable beds.

This is an interesting ground-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment right on a canal. It was fun to see the light traffic on the canal, and we opened the windows and interacted with many of them as they floated by. The water taxi from the train station to the unit was seamless, and the unit was a few steps from the drop-off point. There was plenty of shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Venice Experience

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Great shops and restaurants nearby and easy to get to everything. Canal right outside your window.Bathrooms and kitchen seem to be recently upgraded, very very nice. My wife, my daughter and I I loved it. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place!!!

Great apartment, great location

Our family stayed here for a weekend in Venice and wish it would’ve been longer. The apartment was perfect for us. The location was great; we loved watching gondolas go past the window and were mere steps from a nice piazza with good restaurants. Everything we wanted to see in Venice was a quick, easy walk away. Silvia responded quickly when we had questions and even booked water taxis for us from the airport and to the train station. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing location, nice apartment

This is a lovely apartment with a wonderful view of the gondolas gliding past all day. It’s a spacious apartment with two bathrooms and nice sized bedrooms. It would be nice in the heat of summer being on the lowest floor, but it was chilly in Venice while we were there and the room heaters kept the space very cozy warm. It was a quick walk into St. Marks from this location but it was off a quiet street. The restaurants in the square nearby were great. Overall it was the perfect choice for our vacation.

View of the canal

Roberto was excellent at communication. The check in was easy. They were there when we arrived to show us around. The place is located along a canal and central to the Rialto bridge. Lots of cafes just outside. It was nice to have gondolas traveling past our windows. The place has windows you could see out but they couldn’t see in.
