The best location with fantastic canal views

This elegant and cozy apartment is located in the historic center of Venice, next to the prestigious school of San Rocco (Tintoretto paintings collection) and the church of the Frari (Titian's Assumption). Overlooking in Campazzo Tolentini, opposite the university of architecture and homonym church, it is convenient for walking to all the main tourist sites.
The apartamentis easily reachable on foot from Piazzale Roma (100m) and railway station (300 mt) is convenient to sightseeing and excursions to the islands of the lagoon.
The apartment is very sunny and bright, located on the third floor (no elevator), with stunning views from all the windows of the channel and field.
Renovated in 2016 comprises entrance hall, large living room with dining table, separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, small appliances. The sleeping area includes a double room communicating with a double room with twin beds, a bathroom with shower. For customers who stay more than a week, there is a washing machine.

Location was very central and the view of the canal delightful as described! Luigi was responsive, check in was smooth and attendant arrived promptly. Couldn’t get over the amount of tourists, even in February. As others noted, staircase is steep to the apartment but manageable. Thank you for a lovely stay in Venezia!

Great location for a stay in Venice. Easy access from the train station and easy walking to all the famous sights. Watching the boats and gondolas on the canal from the many windows was a delight.The apartment is furnished with beautiful glass from Murano. It’s a very special place and very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. It was very clean, and the owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The view is lovely and was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.A few things future guests may want to keep in mind. There are several interior steps up and down between rooms, which can take a little getting used to, especially at night. There are also some low ceilings in certain areas. My son is 6’5” and was unable to stand fully upright in the queen bedroom or in front of the toilet in the bathroom, so guests over about 6’2” may find this challenging. There are also a few low spots when going up and down the three flights of stairs.The WiFi worked in the living room but did not reach the bedrooms.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, particularly the beautiful view, and appreciated how clean and well located the apartment is.

Great location, great apartment

This property is very conveniently located to taxis, buses and water travel. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. You do need to be able to do stairs as there are many to climb to get to the apartment, but the views of the canal are fantastic. Would definitely stay here again

Check in was easy and timely. Location was good and convenient. There are some restaurants nearby that were very good options. Directions to the apartment of itself are a little confusing so just allow a few extra minutes before your check in time. Check out was very easy and didn’t require a lot of us. Apartment was pretty quiet the people above only making noise normal times of day and night. Photo is viewed from living room window.

The only place to stay

The unit was a short walk from train station, our host was in constant communication with us. Restaurants all around, and renting a gondola was super close by. We had a wonderful time, everyone was easy to talk to. The unit is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. We didn’t mind because there are a lot of steps and walking when visiting anywhere in Europe. So we just got use to it. I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Venice

This apt did not disappoint. Lived up to its charm and views!! The host was very easy to communicate with and really helped out on giving great directions. We’ve never been to Venice so we were a little confused at first but Luigi gave step by step directions and it all made sense once we got into Venice. 3 flights of steps to the apt was rough with luggage bit we are so glad we stayed here.
