Ein Fernseher der davor schon kaputt war wurde uns auf Rechnung gestellt und so da gestellt als wären wir es. Die Herren die für die Agentur arbeiten sind sehr aggressiv. Keine genaue Einweisung auf die Hausregeln. Nachbarschaft problematisch
