It is located in the central area of Monopoli and it is possible to move on foot to reach the main attractions.
The structure consists of a bedroom with private bathroom, kitchenette, coffee machine, mini bar, TV, air conditioning, radiators. Wellness area available with supplement which includes: equipped terrace, private spa with jacuzzi, emotional shower, Turkish bath, cervical waterfalls, hydro massage jets, chromotherapy and aromatherapy, relaxation area with herbal tea corner with Himalayan salt wall. Beautiful holidays
Very nice and clean holiday home with a beautiful seperate spa area and rooftop terasse. You can walk to the city center from there easily to explore Monopoli. By car you can explore the area in Puglia. Communication with the owner was quick, she was forthcoming with our wishes and answered to all our questions we had before we came. Welcoming by her employee was very nice. Parking in the city is sometimes a bit difficult. In sum, we had a very pleasant stay.

Very nice property close to the historical centre. Only 2 minor criticisms:1. only 1 keycard provided for 2 couples. We were provided with a separate mobile phone operated access which would allow the other couple to access the apartment but the keycard was needed to operate most of the electrics.2. The shower in the big bathroom tended to overflow so great care was needed to avoid flooding the floor.Otherwise the property was great and the communication and instructions from Katia were excellent.
