In a small hamlet of value and exclusive, in front of Spartaia, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, we offer a new and valuable apartment for summer rentals. The apartment is located on the ground floor with beautiful sea view and with a large equipped terrace, exclusive garden and two parking spaces.The volumes that revisit the rural Tuscan style, blend into the Mediterranean garden with steps leading to the sea. The color and exterior architecture make the structure appear like a sand castle in a green oasis. The bright colors of the sea and nature complement the beauty of the place.
The apartment consists of three rooms including two double rooms and one twin room. One double room is with ensuite bathroom. The other bathroom is shared for the other two rooms.
The living room is spacious with a sea view, kitchen and small storage room. The apartment overlooks a large terrace with sea view.
