Ruhige Lage, direkt am Wasser

Sehr nette Vermieter, wenn man Ruhe sucht und die Nähe zum Meer ist man hier richtig. Sehr schöner Meerwasserpool, nächster Strand ca. 500 Meter zu Fuß direkt vom Haus erreichbar.

Traumhafte Ferien

Bereits die Kommunikation vor der Anreise mit der Agentur war gut. Ebenfalls die Beschreibung des Objektes: Tolle Lage, faszinierender Blick aufs Meer und eine wunderschöne Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem wundervollen Grundstück unter Pinienbäumen. Sie ist liebevoll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und es mangelt an nichts. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer. So kann man bereits beim Frühstück das klare azurblaue tyrrhennische Meer sehen. Wer die Natur liebt und keinen Pomp möchte, ist hier genau richtig und wird von der Familie herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank, dass wir die Ferien auf Seccione, Elba verbringen durften!

Magnifico!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Seccione una settimana con i nostri due bimbi. La casa è molto pulita e curata, con tutto il necessario. Anche la cucina è molto attrezzata. La vista è impagabile e in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge una bella spiaggia relativamente poco frequentata. Inoltre c'è un accesso al mare proprio sotto casa, per le nuotate. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la grande terrazza panoramica con sdraio e sabbia e la piscina immersa nel verde sempre pulita. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. Siamo stati veramente bene, ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie!

Ospitare Anna e la sua famiglia è stato un piacere, i bambini educatissimi, ci hanno rallegrati e fatto compagnia. La casa è stata vissuta con rispetto e lasciata nel migliore dei modi. Noi del Seccione speriamo di poterli avere ancora ospiti graditissimi . Grazie da tutto il clan Seccione .

Ein sehr ruhiges und romantisches kleines Haus mit sehr schönen Pool und eigenem Strandzugang. Ideal für Familien, die abseits des Trubels ihre Ferien verbringen wollen. Zu Fuß erlangt man zu weiteren schönen Stränden wie Capo bianco. Ausstattung liebevoll und gepflegt, eher einfach. Sehr großes und grünes schattiges Anwesen. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder!

Paradiso terrestre

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 giorni per il Ponte del 1 Maggio 2018. Appena arrivati ci siamo subito resi conto della magnificenza del posto : la casa deliziosa con un panorama mozzafiato sul golfo è ben curata sia in esterno che all'interno. Non manca nulla . E' immersa in un giardino rigoglioso e pieno di profumi inebrianti . Si affaccia su una piccola spiaggetta di sassi privata con accesso dal giardino . La pace ,il silenzio e la riservatezza sono la sua più grande prerogativa .Tutto tipicamente elbano . La proprietaria Sig.ra Monica e il figlio Sebastiano sono stati squisiti e ci hanno dato un sacco di informazioni utili e consigli su come trascorrere la nostra breve vacanza al meglio. La piscina privata ( acqua di mare) era ancora chiusa visto il periodo ma anche quella è spettacolare ed immersa nel verde. I proprietari non risiedono nella proprietà quindi la privacy è assoluta . Un posto magico ed incredibile dove sicuramente vorremmo ritornare .

Un endroit d'exception!

C'est un endroit merveilleux, les propriétaires sont des gens adorables qui font tout leur possible pour que votre séjour soit le plus réussi possible. Ils plein de petites attentions (vin, gâteaux...) Un endroit très calme plein de charme avec une plage à moins de 200m. La piscine est grande et permet de vraiment nager. L'île d'Elbe est un petit paradis! Bref! Magique! Nous reviendrons!!!

Ett helt underbart hus med vackraste läget

med havet precis utanför dörren. Värdinnan Monica Fossati Bellani var underbar och vi önskar att vi kunde komma tillbaka ofta och njuta av det bästa Elba kan erbjuda. Hela familjen 2+3 var supernöjda vilket säger mycket! Torbjörn Gulz Västerås Sweden

Nous avons passé une semaine à Seccione. Nous avons été tout simplement conquis par le lieu: tranquillité assurée, grand jardin entretenu idéal pour les petits, piscine nettoyée tous les jours par le gardien avec discrétion, maison décorée avec charme d'une extrême propreté (linge de lit et de toilette fournis), utilisation de produits d'entretien Bio. Petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mer.....que demander de plus. Et surtout plage accessible en moins de 5min à pied, plage sans parasol payant!!!! (pour le moment et pour longtemps j'espère), un luxe sur l'île d'Elbe! Monica la propriétaire est adorable et serviable, de même pour Sebastiano: merci à eux. A recommander sans hésitation. Un tout petit bémol: l'escalier d'accès à la chambre parentale qui nécessite une bonne condition physique, mais cela reste une broutille dans ce coin de paradis.

Tout simplement remarquable, une vue splendide, maison propre (quelques petits aménagements à faire (une porte de douche ne serait pas du luxe, (beaucoup d'eau à l'extérieur quand on prend sa douche), un petit micro-ondes, climatisation car il fait très chaud au dessus !!! Propriétaire super sympathique !!! Gardien très discret, piscine propre ! Grande propriété toute renfermée, idéale avec des enfants. Pas besoin d'aller trop loin pour un petit coin de paradis !!!

"Lieu de vacances exceptionnel, paysages à vous couper le souffle. L''endroit est tranquille et merveilleux (piscine d''eau de mer et chemin privé d''accès à la mer!!). La propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Si nous devions y mettre un petit bémol, ce serait la baignoire très typique, certes, mais peu pratique,le fait qu''il n''y ait pas de lave-vaisselle et l''accès à la mezzanine un peu "particulière". Nous conseillons vivement cette location et la découverte de l''île. Un petit paradis sur terre !"
