PREMIUM BRIGHT FLAT NEAR METRO +BATHTUB & NETFLIX
Studio R by MRG Apartments is a bright studio apartment with a beautiful view over the Dristor neighborhood in Sector 3. A property designed with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
The studio is located in a quiet building, at a distance of about 4 minutes. walk to Dristor Subway Station.
Shops (Lidl, confectionery, pharmacy), restaurants, banks, public transport are within a 1-4 minute walk.
The studio apartment is compartmentalized in a very useful and pleasant way.
- Sleeping area with comfortable bed and mattress for a restful sleep. White linen made of 100% cotton, washed at high temperatures and disinfected.
-Living area, where you can find an extendable sofa bed , smart TV 4k with NETFLIX, a dining area which can be used as a work space too, WiFi connection, cable TV but also a huge wardrobe, in which you will find iron and ironing board.
-The kitchen was equipped with everything we considered necessary from the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric hob, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils to washing machine & detergent.
-The bathroom is equipped with a spacious bathtub for a relaxing bath after a day of work or after a long trip, white towels made of 100% cotton, hotel hygiene products (soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc.), hair dryer.
We did our best to arrange a house for you, away from home. We look forward to seeing you!
