Casa 27 - Newly furnished 2022, sited close to lakes and just 15 mins from Porto Pino beach. 5 minutes drive away is the the town of Sant’Anna Arresi which has shops, bars, delicatessen, panificio, wine bar, pizzeria and gelateria and many more. Also available:- quad-bikes, car, scooter and cycle rental in Sant’Anna Arresi. Our newly constructed cycle tracks round the town and down to Porto Pino allows safe cycling and walking or jogging.
Although there is protection please ensure your children are safe in your care.

Excellent accomodation!

We had a very nice week in the house of Gail and Peter! The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is large, very nicely furnished and always at a pleasant temperature. The beautiful beaches are not far and easy to reach by car! Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gail und Peter sind wirklich so tolle Gastgeber, denn sie sind super hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber. Die Unterkunft war in der Nähe vom Strand. Etwas abgelegen aber für uns war das wirklich Top. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wunderschön

Sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Wohnung. Trotz der großen Hitze war es immer angenehm kühl. Sehr sauber, viel Platz, gut eingerichtete Küche. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und wir haben den Luxus von 2 Bädern genossen. Gail und Peter sind hervorragende Gastgeber die uns tolle Tipps gegeben haben.

L appartamento è come da foto se non meglio. 2 bagni completi + doccia esterna, 1 locale lavanderia, 2 camere, una zona giorno con camino. L impianto di condizionamento a pavimento copre l'intera casa: la temperatura è costantemente fresca tutto il giorno. Lenzuola e biancheria fornite dall'host. Insomma, super consigliato! In 10 giorni abbiamo visitato 10 spiagge diverse: il posto è assolutamente trategico!Non per ultimo, Gail e Peter sono persone splendide, presenti ma non invadenti, sempre disponibili. Grazie dell'accoglienza, vi portiamo nel ❤️

Tolle Gastgeber / Top hosts

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Besitzer haben uns viele Tipps gegeben, sie waren super aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Haus ist toll und sehr groß. In Gails Garten fanden wir überraschend die süßeste Mini-Tomate, die wir je gegessen haben. The stay was great, the owners gave us lots of tips, were super attentive and friendly. The house is great and very big. In Gail's garden we found the sweetest mini tomatoes we've ever eaten, amazing.

Vacanza meravigliosa

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa struttura. Peter e Gale sono due persone squisite, sempre gentili e disponibili; ci hanno accolto e consigliato per tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno! La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Inoltre è situata in una posizione strategica, vicina ai principali centri d'interesse. Parcheggio interno privato. Lo consiglierei assolutamente. Sarà un piacere tornare lì!

Vacanze in Sardegna.

Abbiamo passato delle bellissime vacanze per i luoghi visti e il trattamento ricevuto dai proprietari di casa, Gail e Peter. L'appartamento e' in condizioni ottimali, nuovo con tutte le comodita' : lavatrice, forno ,microonde, aria condizionata ,bollitore, macchinetta per caffe', ecc., ampi spazi interni ed esterni, ma soprattutto attenzioni verso i loro ospiti, cambio biancheria settimanale, giochi trovati per divertire i bambini, frigorifero fornito al nostro arrivo con acqua fresca, vino, frutta, bevande. Accortezze che in questi anni non abbiamo trovato in molte case affittate in precedenza. Grazie per l''accoglienza e il trattamento ricevuti.

These guests were one of the nicest families we have met. From the outset we could tell they would be no problem. The children Tomasso and Zoe were polite and well behaved and so lively. Claudio had a good knowledge of English and although not so much Nadia was able to make herself understood. The apartment was well looked after and clean. Such a happy family and wherever they next rent we know you will have the same experience. Thank you guys

Sehr angenehmes Wohnerlebnis mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Dieses Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern. Trotz heißen Außentemperaturen war sie immer kühl und hat angenehm gerochen. Man hat sehr viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Dieses Objekt ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief immer reibungslos und sie waren stets hilfsbereit. Superbe appartement

Appartement très confortable et spacieux pour 4, décoré avec goût à 8 min de Porto Pino. Les propriétaires , Peter et Gail ,habitent au dessus ,sont très réactifs et très agréables. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Peter and I retired here 10 years ago. The property was in much need of attention which we are still continuing. It is set in 1 hectare of wild land which is being slowly improved with olive and fruit trees and this year we have planted grape vines.

We are situated within easy reach of beaches and routes to other parts of the island and the capital city of Cagliari. There is also a bus and train service available in Carbonia. Large supermarkets and many other shops are available in the commercial centre of Carbonia
