Renovated apartment on the second line of Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 1 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people.

Tastefully and modernly furnished 40 m² accommodation, with views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally, garden, children's area, covered and outdoor parking in the same building subject Availability upon arrival, 1 Smart TV, washing machine, iron, dryer.

The ceramic American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Great stay lovely apartment.

Was really clean and nice loved the facilities, pool was freezing though so let me down slightly. Cooking things worked fine apart from one hob. Didn’t find the bed comfy so stayed on the sofa bed but everything was great location and price literally can’t Complain. Nothing really apart from the bed not being very comfy and very small.

Great location with easy access to beach and local town. Accommodation was very clean with a good swimming pool area. Special thanks to the very helpful staff at key collection office who waited after flight was delayed Unfortunately we had difficulties locating the accommodation due to poor signage on the 15th floor access door.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment. Close to beach, shops and the strip . Ideal place to stay .and no hills . Views were amazing . No safe .no handsoap in bathroom . No floor numbers on the corridors just numbers on the doors so you didn't know if you were on the right floor .

excellent apartment

we’ve stayed in this complex a few times and this is by far the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in when visiting benidorm area the apartment is immaculate and ever is really modern we have already tried to book this again but not available for the dates we need and i honestly don’t think we will find anything to this standard A little bit of feed back regarding little things like no hairdryer (not end of world!) plus would’ve been nice to have been informed about the new lifts being installed but none of this ruined what was a fantastic holiday

Great location, overall comfortable and would return again :)

The location of this property was fantastic for been close to the beach, food places and bars. The property was very clean and modern. Has fully equipped kitchen with all utensils full size fridge freezer. Bed itself was comfortable and air con in bedroom and living room was great :) Was a great view from living room window. The pillows were a down side for us as they were very thick and bulky so either slept with your neck pushed up rightslept flat without a pillow. Would have been better if there was washing up liquid n cloth to do the dishes used.No bathroom soupbasic shower gel supplied which isn’t an issue if you know before hand. Apartment has been split into two apartments so main door signage is is for two room numbers then individual doors and locks to each apartment. Again if information supplied before hand would have been more convenient n easier to figure out but not a massive issue.

Se trata de un estudio, por eso la distribución de la habitación es de esa forma para ganar más espacio. La ubicación, el espacio y el apartamento en general. El tamaño de la habitación y no tener piscina disponible para niños y adultos. Todavía no me gustaba el ruido nocturno que escuchas.

Hola Marco, la verdad que estos apartamentos son muy chulos, se trata de apartamentos turísticos, por lo que ofrece lo indispensable para pasar un par de días. El edificio sí que tiene piscina, tanto infantil como de adulto, ésta concretamente, está abierta todo el año. Respecto al ruido, está situado en una de las zonas más despiertas y vivas de Benidorm, donde la gente viene a divertirse y disfrutar tanto del día como de la noche. La próxima vez no dude en contactarnos e informarse, estamos a su disposición. Un cordial saludo.
