About this property

NEW listing: Stunning waterside 2 bedroom villa with amazing views. South

Recently refurbished to a very high standard and located on the popular South Finger with fabulous views (one of the best in Jolly Harbour). It offers water front views and easy access to a large communal swimming pool, beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, cash machine, yacht charters, boat trips, car hire and a golf course (all within the safety and privacy of a gated community).

The villa is within a 5 minute walk to one of Antigua’s best beaches but if you wish to explore other beautiful beaches you will find Ffryes, Darkwood and Turners all a short 10 minute drive away. J C Bird international airport is only a 25 minute drive away and the town of St Johns is a 20 minute drive by either car, taxi or bus. English Harbour and it’s UNESCO world heritage site Victorian naval dockyard is less than an hours drive away. If you have never been to Jolly Harbour before you will love the friendly safe community. The many restaurants offer a variety of food for all appetites or if you decide to cook in the villa the local supermarket has most things you need (with a lot of Waitrose food imported). We have also recently purchased a new gas BBQ for alfresco dining.

We recently purchased our villa in Jolly and absolutely love Antigua and hope you will too. (PLEASE NOTE we do not except more than the number of guests staying as listed on the original Vrbo booking and no house parties are allowed) Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to message me.

Great place to say!

Located in Jolly Harbour, there was a lot to offer just a short walk or golf cart away. The villa is very nice with a great view of all the boats coming from and going to the marina.

New Year’s Holiday at Jolly Beach

We had an amazing time at the villa. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager Jenny. We appreciated her hospitality and recommendations she provided for restaurants and places to visit. The view from patio and balcony was breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for our stay. It was our first time in Antigua, and we would go back to the same place in a heartbeat.

A Jolly Harbour Gem

The only thing better than vacationing with family in paradise is staying in a little piece of paradise that feels like a home away from home. We love the design, location and convenience of this Jolly Harbour gem and will gladly stay there again on future trips to Antigua. Thank you for making our return to Antigua after 2yrs of Covid craziness such a memorable and comfortable experience. My 9yr old especially thanks you for the fast wifi ☺️

This is the most stunning Villa the views are just amazing Equipped extremely well from kitchen to towels and linen Jenny the manager was very informative on our arrival and kept in touch and the Host was amazing We are truly grateful to have spent our wonderful time here at this villa on the beautiful island of Antigua Thank you so much

Fantastic

When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by Brandon. He brought us to the villa. We met the property manager Jen.. She greeted us with the warmest welcome walked us through the villa, and filled us in on everything we need to know about the community. We did not have any issues with the Villa, but Jen was always checking in making sure we were having a great vacation. The villa has everything you would need. It has all the essentials you to get you started. It has modern look and very clean.Jolly Harbour is a fantastic community with lots of restaurants and bars a beautiful beach and safe. I can’t say enough about the Villa, the owner Ann and the property manager Jen. You guys made our vacation a memorable one. Thank you.
