The accommodation has an area of 258 m² and is located in an ideal area for families, within a residential complex. Just 800 metres away, both the sandy beach and the rocky beach can be found, which provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy different coastal landscapes.



The villa offers a wide range of amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. These include a private garden, garden furniture, a terrace and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Additionally, the accommodation features a private pool where guests can cool off and relax during sunny days.



As regards the interior of the villa, there is an independent kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The accommodation also has a heat pump heating and air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, which ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the year. Additionally, there are two televisions available for guests' entertainment.
