Located in the heart of the Montañar Mar II area, 10 minutes' walk or 4 minutes by car from Arenal beach. Golden Paradise Mar is in a privileged position for guests who love the natural rocky coast of the Montañar II region and the fresh swimming pools and natural coves of Cala Blanca.



Located in a family-friendly and enclosed complex with four outdoor swimming pools (two shallow pools for children), the apartment also features an exclusive underground parking space. Within the first-floor property, the rooms are bright and well-equipped with air conditioning units in the living-dining room and both bedrooms. The covered balcony of the living room and main bedroom is the perfect place to have breakfast or relax with a good book.



A charming and bright holiday home where you can relax and create special holiday memories with friends and family. JH loves the contemporary interiors and the tranquil location of this lovely apartment.



**Important Information**



1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Excelente elección para unas vacaciones perfectas

El apartamento cuenta con una ubicación inmejorable, a diez minutos andando de la playa y de la zona comercial del Arenal. La decoración es sencilla y acogedora, con detalles que hacen sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, pero con todo al alcance. La limpieza y el buen mantenimiento del lugar destacan. Sin duda, una opción excelente para unas vacaciones relajadas y cómodas. ¡Repetiremos! El apartamento cuenta con una ubicación inmejorable, a diez minutos andando de la playa y de la zona comercial del Arenal. Relax junto al mar

El alojamiento tiene las dimensiones perfectas para una estancia cómoda, la decoración sencilla y funcional ayuda mucho en ese sentido. Se encuentra situado en una zona residencial muy tranquila desde la que es posible acceder a la playa y servicios dando un corto paseo de apenas diez minutos. Poco después de llegar informamos de un problema con las llaves de entrada al portal (no se podía abrir la puerta) y no recibimos ninguna comunicación durante nuestra estancia. Creo que debería mejorar la comunicación en este sentido.

Relax junto al Mediterráneo

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila de Jávea, a escasos metros del mar y a diez minutos andando de la playa del Arenal. Nos ha gustado mucho por su decoración sencilla y funcional, porque está ( como nuevo) totalmente reformado y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

El apartamento está nuevo,la ubicación es increíble y todo está muy cuidado,da gusto cuando se toman tantas molestias para cuidar el detalle y que los clientes estén contentos La atención de la agencia y que la hora de entrada no sea a las 16.00 y la salida a las 10.00 .se pierde mucho tiempo de la estancia
