About this property

Javea: Superb villa completely renovated

Villa Galicia has been completely renovated (end of renovations in April 2014). All bathrooms and shower rooms are new, bedding is new, plumbing has been renovated, an outdoor shower (next to the pool) has been built. The villa has contemporary outdoor furniture (garden furniture around the pool and at the level of the naya - covered terrace). The villa has a satellite TV, DVD, WiFi, airco. The sandy beach is 4 km away while coves (pebble beach) are a few hundred meters away.
End of stay cleaning is compulsory (supplement to be provided) as well as the rental of wi-fi. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a separate studio and has a separate entrance. This studio includes a shower room (+ WC).
PLEASE NOTE: the price displayed does not include cleaning costs (100 EUR), WiFi (30 EUR) and bed linen / shower sheets (15 EUR per person) which must be added. Fees are payable on arrival in cash. The deposit is also payable on arrival in cash and will be refunded after check-out.
