A Beautiful, Light-filled 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in walking distance to SV Lodge

This is a townhouse style condo located on the beautifully manicured grounds of the Creekside in Sun Valley. It is an easy walk to the SV lodge, Dollar Mtn. or Proctor mountain for some great hikes in the summer and fall and easy access to fabulous skiing in the winter and spring. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths total. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs (with a jetted tub) and a master suite downstairs on the main level. The living room is elegant with its stunning gas burning fireplace and filled with light from the open two-story windows. Adjacent to the living room is a comfortable dining area and fully quipped galley kitchen with a gas stove for easy cooking. Perfect for a family gathering! In the summer, you can enjoy a barbecue and dining on the deck while looking over the pond and out to Dollar Mtn! This is a unique setting that is near golf courses, the river, ponds, the outdoor symphony and so much more! There are so many amenities, shops and restaurants all within walking distance, yet you feel like you are away from it all! There is cable tv, wifi, puzzles and games!

We have stayed before at this condo and chose to stay again. Love the master bedroom and bath upstairs, and there is an en suite king bed and bath downstairs. The place stays cool but you can go out on the patio for sun and warmth. Location is great as many of our family members rent adjacent condos during August. Looking forward to next year !

Great stay in Sun Valley. We are repeat customers. Sun Valley is great even in the summer. Golf, hiking, walks, shopping, great restaurants, open spaces. Will come again!

Great Experience

Frances was very nice and responsive. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed (blankets, cookware, washer/dryer, tv with cable and Netflix, etc.) The area is great. Centrally located with activities and downtown Ketchum all within 5-7 minutes drive. I was there for work but I can’t wait to come back with my family!!

Wonderful family time in Sun Valley

We have stayed at this condo before. We enjoy the updated master bathroom and bedroom area, and the downstairs bedroom has its own updated bath as well. The owner informs us that they will embark on a remodel of the kitchen as well. The unit has a great location within Creekside Condo complex which is walking distance to the symphony, the golf course, the tennis and the shops up on the Sun Valley Mall. We enjoy the mature trees which provide excellent shade. Great communication with property owner; will stay here again !!

Sun Valley gem.

We have stayed at Creekside in Sun Valley many times. This condo enjoys a cool spot shaded by trees, and has an extra master bedroom downstairs, in addition to the main one upstairs. This is a plus for a second couple that is staying, or for an older parent (our case). There are lots of kitchen supplies, not just pots & pans, but also cooking supplies, which is helpful. We love this location close to the main lodge, the symphony band shell, and the golf course. Great communication with the owner. We have stayed here in the past and would stay again in the future.

Sun Valley

Condo was clean and well furnished. Kitchen was well equipped. My daughter's family has stayed at many similar properties in the neighborhood and felt this was the best unit they have rented. We would definitely come back again.

We loved it!

This property has a great location near the Sun Valley Lodge and was very clean (which is hard to find in a home rental). We would definitely rent from Frances again. We had three small issues but nothing major with our time there. The refrigerator occasionally made a very loud grinding sound (sometimes at night), the WiFi password was not as it was written in the guest manual, and the television was very difficult to turn off (we actually unplugged it). All in all some very minor things that certainly wouldn’t stop me from renting it again. A great little gem in Sun Valley!

Wonderful stay in Sun Valley

We have been to Sun Valley, Idaho for many years during the summer season. There are lots of places to stay, but we prefer this location near the main lodge, pool and arts center, even though the units are 50 years old. Frances has done a great job updating the interior of the condo, and we especially liked the modern electronics, and the fully stocked kitchen. Plus, great water pressure! Check in was easy, and when we had glitches, Frances was available by phone. Plenty of towels, bathroom amenities were stocked and there was even some spices and olive oil left in the pantry. Outstanding!

My family has been coming here for 30 years! We have always come for skiing and the winter's holidays but recently, have fallen in love with summer and hiking and biking and tennis and just being out of doors!

Why they chose this property

This property is quiet, beautifully maintained with spacious grounds and I like the townhouse style of the condo. It offers a little more privacy and is perfect for a family! In the winter, it is walking distance to the buses that take you to Bald Mtn or walking distance to Dollar Mtn. In the Summer, there is a huge deck for barbecuing, relaxing, and easy access to hiking. Proctor mountain is just down the road.
