This newly remodeled ground-floor 2-bedroom and 2-bath condo is located in the heart of Sun Valley, just a short walk to the village and Sun Valley Lodge. It is perfect for a family of 4 or two couples. There is high-speed internet for streaming or watching TV, including Cable service. There is a secure private ski storage locker at the front door and a guest closet at the entry. The window coverings are all top-down/bottom-up to allow privacy while enjoying the beautiful condo grounds.

The living area is spacious and offers a 55-inch OLED flat-screen smart TV with a Sonos sound system. The Sonos sound system continues throughout the condo to enjoy your favorite music. Just download the Sonos app before check-in. The new 2-sided gas fireplace offers warmth and ambiance. The living room has comfortable seating with a power reclining sofa to relax, read, or watch TV. There is a casual game or breakfast table in the living room and a small desk workspace.

The dining room has a bar and a beverage/wine fridge to make your favorite cocktail or enjoy a glass of wine. There is a game cabinet with games and cards, as well as access to the outside deck with an electric grill. The new gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the dining room. The table will seat 6 comfortably. The door to the deck is off the dining room, which is surrounded by a grassy area, a creek, beautiful flowers in the spring and summer, and beautiful snow-covered grounds in the winter. There is outdoor seating.

The gourmet galley kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful appliances and everything you need to make meals. There is a dishwasher as well to make clean up easy. The kitchen has granite countertops and extends to create counter seating for 2 just off the dining room. There is a stack washer-dryer combo just off the kitchen.

The Master bedroom, located just off the living room with barn doors, has a beautiful view of the condo grounds. In the Spring and Summer, you can open the windows and enjoy the sounds of the nearby creek. It features a King bed with a new mattress and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink and a walk-in shower with a dressing and closet area. The second bedroom has a new queen bed, a large closet and sitting area, a 26-in TV with cable service, and an en-suite bathroom with a single sink, shower/tub combo, and a dressing and closet area.

The condo has been furnished to provide all the comforts of home during your stay in the beautiful Wood River Valley.

Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion is about two blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, a bowling alley, a movie theater in the Opera House, shops, meeting facilities, and Sun Valley's amazing restaurants.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
