Modern apartment with sun exposure, 10 min walk from city center

The apartment is in a residential area, 10-15 minutes walk from the center of Funchal, Mercado dos Lavradores and the Marina and sleeps up to 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and visibility over the large living room with sofa. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It has 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them private, and a large furnished balcony, where you can enjoy the good weather and enjoy sunbathing or a meal with friends or family!
Guests have the apartment to themselves, with all the comforts of a home. They also have access to the Playground located inside the property, ensuring all the safety of children while relaxing. There is an elevator to access the apartment floor, despite being located only on the 2nd floor, which also gives access to the parking floor.
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot and high chair if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the apartment.
According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (eg passport, identity card).
Cleaning during the stay is carried out weekly, as well as changing clothes, towels and consumables. If you want extra cleaning, the service will be charged separately at an affordable price. For stays of less than seven nights, there will be no weekly cleaning, no change of clothes or replacement of consumables.
